ABOUT JO


After graduating with a degree in Physiology and Pharmacology, Jo left her scientific background behind and embarked on a lengthy career in the City. Eventually, after years of juggling corporate and family life, Jo retrained doing something she was passionate about. It started with triathlete swim coaching, and soon lead to further qualifications in personal training, spinning, deep stretch coaching and Pilates (including pre and post natal, and orthopaedic issues).

Jo runs a variety of classes and 1-1 sessions from The Studio in Lower Bourne, Surrey - a beautifully bright, airy and private space.

More recently, Jo qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist. Her clinic is located right next to The Studio in Lower Bourne.

Jo has been an official Sweaty Betty Ambassador since 2015. She lives and breathes her favourite brand and is always happy to offer her advice!
