This is an outdoor based workout set in the beautiful Bourne Woods - not far from The Studio - on selective Saturday mornings.

It incorporates both resistance and cardio training, for a full workout and maximum results. It includes intervals, pyramids, plyometrics and isometrics, to kickstart your weekend.
